Annual business review

The annual business review is performed on all businesses that receive financial assistance.  This allows us to be updated on the investment and client, as well as looking at future development plans and how we may be able to assist.

When we conduct our business reviews we look at several areas of the business, including:

  • Borrowing details (including total loan approved, balance and term remaining, and description of the project)
  • Financial performance indicators
  • Projected performance versus actual performance
  • Future plans and prospects
  • Current security position and risk to Trust funds
  • Comments and actions required

Annual accounts

As part of the investment conditions, the client is required to submit a copy of the company's year-end accounts.
