Monitoring investments
Monitoring is an important part of the Trust's activity.
As a minimum an annual business review is conducted at your premises each year, following the submission of your annual accounts. We also like to ensure that the purpose of our initial investment is being met and to assess the general health of your organisation.
The monitoring programme can also be a useful experience for our clients as it can identify potential problems and opportunities that may be on the horizon. We also get a better understanding of our clients' businesses and are able to improve our services to meet industry needs.
