SHETLAND ISLANDS COUNCIL TO LAUNCH FOOD DIRECTORY DURING JOHNSMAS FOY
Today, the Shetland Island’s Council Development Committee got a sneak preview of The Shetland Food Directory which will be launched during the Johnsmas Foy later this month. The Directory has been produced to offer visitors and locals alike, a listing of food and drink businesses in Shetland. The Directory will be an excellent way for local businesses to market each other and provides key contact information for those interested in buying local produce or finding somewhere to eat out locally.
Alongside the printed directory, the website, www.foodshetland.com will be launched, providing business listings, recipes and information on Shetland food to an international audience.
Details on where to get your copy of the Directory will be provided once the launch details have been finalised.
