PRESS STATEMENT

 

The Shetland Development Trust can confirm that we are working with the administrators, Grant Thorton following the formal administration of the No Catch Group Ltd yesterday.

 

The Trust has investments in the following subsidiary companies and the current outstanding debts are £1,079,588.

 

No Catch Ltd (formerly Johnson Seafarms Ltd)
No Catch Hatcheries Ltd (formerly Nufish Ltd)
No Catch Processing Ltd (formerly Johnson Sustainable Seafoods Ltd)
No Catch Shellfish Ltd (formerly Johnson Shellfish Ltd)

 

Josie Simpson, Chairman of the Shetland Development Trust, said “ The Trust is liaising with the administrators and cannot make any further comments at this time.”
